Coffee starts as a fruit, kind of like a cherry. Inside that fruit is the seed we eventually call a “coffee bean.” Washed processing is a method where producers remove the fruit from the seed using water before drying it.

 Taste and aroma reminiscent of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, and apricots.
