From the North…where the light is itinerant, and coffee is simple,
Life is shaped less by noise
and more by the moments surrounding us.

In Nordic culture, coffee is not a match for lighting one's daily schedule ablaze with busyness.

It is pause.
A deliberate stillness between moments.
An anchor of presence.
A way of listening
to the room,
to the record,
to the story across the table,
to the quiet inside yourself.

It is focus.
A deliberate sense of energy towards specific and meaningful moments.
A boost towards clarity.
A way of productivity.
to the meaningful,
to the simple,

THE COMPANY exists to carry that sensibility forward by:

Importing Nordic coffees that are roasted with clarity and restraint, reflecting the culture's approach to life and well-being.

Curating "Nordic" style moments of well-being for our members to enjoy. 

Providing an extraordinary journey through the mountains and fjords of Norway with a coffee-sommelier, including Michelin-star meals, top-rated accommodations, and opportunities to meet local artists.

                                                                                                                        



CANDACE COXE

After living in Europe and Scandinavia for over a decade, Candace has recently returned to her hometown in the Bay Area, California. As a coffee sommelier, she possesses the expertise to assess coffee's quality, history, processing methods, and flavor profiles. This enables her to match small batches of coffee with those who will appreciate them most. For much of the coffee grown around the world, it's more about individual preference than a determining factor of "good vs. bad."


Upon returning to the USA, Candace grew tired of the lack of her preferred Nordic-style coffee and decided to partner with her old team in Norway to create a unique cross-cultural collaboration: coffee in California, virtually and digitally roasted from Norway.
